Can I preview the product before printing?

Of course! Please email all your pet photos , style name, and any other requirements to store@cozypet.online. You’ll receive a preview via email within 48 hours.

Do you accept no-reason returns?

Since all of our products are fully personalized and made just for you, they cannot be resold — so we generally do not offer returns or refunds.

That said, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there’s any issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll do our best to make it right — including a free remake if needed.

Is the portrait illustration included? Can I use a photo only?

By default, we use the pet photo you upload. Illustrations are a paid upgrade – you can optionally choose cartoon or realistic styles for an additional fee.

Can I customize with two pets?

Yes! Just email all your pet photos to store@cozypet.online after checkout. We’ll prepare your custom preview within 48 hours.

Can I add my pet’s name or a custom message?

Absolutely! You can add your pet’s name, birthday, quote, or any short message. Just leave a note when ordering or contact our support team.

Can I customize animals like rabbits, birds, or hamsters?

Yes! We can customize all kinds of pets – fluffy, feathered, or scaled. Rabbits, birds, hamsters, reptiles – if they’re your beloved companion, we can turn them into your custom design.

When will my order ship? Do you offer international delivery?

After you upload your pet photo and complete your order, we’ll send you a preview within 48 hours (if applicable), then begin production.
