Q: Do you accept no-reason returns?

A: Since all of our products are fully personalized and made just for you, they cannot be resold — so we generally do not offer returns or refunds.

That said, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there’s any issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll do our best to make it right — including a free remake if needed.

A: We use your photo by default. Illustrated styles (cartoon/realistic) are optional upgrades.

A: Yes! Just email all your pet photos to store@cozypet.online after checkout. We’ll prepare your custom preview within 48 hours.

 

Q: Can I add my pet’s name or a message?

A: Of course! Add any name, date, or short message to store@cozypet.online.

 

Q: Do you support rabbits, birds, or other pets?

A: Yes, all pets are welcome — furry, feathered, or scaled.

Q: What if the color looks different?

A: Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, screen, and handmade process. These are not quality issues.

• We are committed to collaborating with high-quality suppliers worldwide, prioritizing local suppliers to support local businesses.

  In case of stock shortages, equally high-quality non-local suppliers (such as those from China, Canada, Australia, etc.) will provide substitutions as needed.

  All arrangements depend on your specific order.

• As all custom products are personalized for you and not resaleable, we only accept exchanges for damaged/defective products, not change of mind.
• Once you've ordered a custom product, we cannot edit or make modifications to the design.
