Because all of our products are fully customized and made just for you, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
However, we care deeply about your satisfaction. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. We’ll do everything we can to make it right — including a free remake if needed.
We provide a design preview within 48 hours of your order for your approval. You’re welcome to request revisions before we proceed to production.
