A: Since all of our products are fully personalized and made just for you, they cannot be resold — so we generally do not offer returns or refunds.
That said, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there’s any issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll do our best to make it right — including a free remake if needed.

Q: Is the illustration included? Can I just use a photo?
A: We use your photo by default. Illustrated styles (cartoon/realistic) are optional upgrades.
Q: Can I include two pets?
A: Yes! Just email all your pet photos to store@cozypet.online after checkout. We’ll prepare your custom preview within 48 hours.
Q: Can I add my pet’s name or a message?
A: Of course! Add any name, date, or short message to store@cozypet.online.
Q: Do you support rabbits, birds, or other pets?
A: Yes, all pets are welcome — furry, feathered, or scaled.
Q: What if the color looks different?
A: Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, screen, and handmade process. These are not quality issues.
